Leather military quiver set with leather covered base and minimal solid brass fittings.

This Standard Edition Qing Dynasty, Manchu style Quiver and Bow Holster Set, is our most historically accurate Manchu field set yet! It is an authentic interpretation of a parade quiver from the Qing Dynasty in terms of construction techniques and practical features. Inspired by 18th century quiver set #91 in the Palace Museum Collection, Beijing.

Features such as the suede arrow blanket makes for a practical, yet historically accurate design, ideal for foot and mounted archery.

• Natural veg tanned leather
• Qing style archery belt including historical style brass belt hook.
• Three period-correct mounting points for belt straps.
• Minimal period-correct Brass fittings, including sword ring.
• Includes brass belt-hook for the Bow Holster.
• Suede arrow blanket for holding the arrows, just like in historical examples
• Period-correct arrow blanket tightening straps.
• Solid hardwood base for good balance
• Three front arrow slits for ready-arrows
• NOTE: This quiver is designed to be stuffed with dry pine needles as per historical examples. Pine needles are still the best, and most historically accurate stuffing for your quiver to keep your arrows separated, tight, dry and quiet.)

Unfortunately, due to international customs restrictions, we don't ship the quivers with pine needles, but we'll send instructions on how to replace our stuffing with real pine needles yourself!
